ABOUT ME

I am a researcher by profession, traveller by passion and extremely curious by nature. A PhD scholar from Pune University, I am doing my research on Tourism and Rural Entrepreneurship Development. Most of my work revolves around tourism in Northeast India. I have attended several workshops and conferences in Bulgaria, Oxford and different parts of the country like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Bengaluru. My biggest achievement, I would say, was when I won the ‘Best paper award’ in a conference organized by ARICON in St. Anne’s College, Oxford University in the year 2019. There has been no looking back since then.

Apart from being a researcher, I love travelling and meeting new people. And of course, a big-time foodie trying out different cuisines anywhere and everywhere. This is a platform for me to share the little research I have been doing on various aspects of the Travel and Tourism Industry.
